Shipping Policy

Shushen Herbals is working with high-speed logistics to provide the smoothest service we can. Due to unseen circumstances, there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which at times can also cause an indefinite delay. Our customer management team will contact you on this basis providing updates.

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email/SMS/Whatsapp as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to Confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email & SMS will be sent to you along with One Time Password. Your order request will only be accepted once you have input your One Time Password received on the email/ mobile.

Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days. There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 499. However, if your order is less than INR 499, there will be a shipping charge of INR 50.

Shushen Herbals does not ship outside India at the moment.

  • ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 08:00 AM – 9:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Shushen Herbals takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Shushen Herbals is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
